What changed
Green Country Habitat's current page says its Homebuyer Program is looking for qualified candidates and publishes 2026-2027 income ranges for households of one through eight people.
Why it matters
TREW analysis: The page provides a practical first checkpoint for households that may not know whether their income, credit or ownership history fits the program. It is not a promise of a home, mortgage approval or fixed assistance amount.
What to watch
Down-payment help is determined for qualified applicants, and additional assistance is subject to availability. Home inventory and program capacity can change.
