What changed
INCOG's program page lists October 2026 amendment and modification documents for the FFY 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program and says comments are open through 5 p.m. November 6.
Why it matters
TREW analysis: The comment window is a civic-process opportunity, not a construction announcement. Inclusion or revision in a program document does not by itself prove that work has started.
What to watch
Readers should use the official page to review the October documents and submission instructions. TREW must remove this notice from current placement after the deadline.
What the transportation program does
The Indian Nations Council of Governments has opened a public-comment period for October changes to the regional Transportation Improvement Program covering federal fiscal years 2026 through 2029.
INCOG describes the program as a four-year list of surface-transportation improvements within the Tulsa Transportation Management Area. Projects can include streets and highways, public transportation, bicycle and pedestrian facilities and airport improvements, using combinations of federal, state and local funding.
The current comment window
The agency's current page lists an October amendment and an October modification and says comments are due by 5 p.m. Friday, November 6, 2026.
Readers should use the official page to open the current documents and confirm submission instructions before responding.
Remove from current placement immediately after the deadline unless INCOG posts an extension. Report any later adoption as a separately sourced update.
