The same table lists Stanley Stormwater Rehabilitation at 15%, with excavation and storm-pipe installation and a projected finish at the end of October. These figures describe the dated dashboard, not TREW's independent measurement of today's work.
Why it matters
TREW analysis: Arts facilities and drainage serve different community needs and move on different schedules. Reading the dated status beside each forecast helps distinguish current public records from a promise of completion.
Status and limits
The page also contains bid-award dates later than its stated update date. That inconsistency needs clarification. No percentage or projected finish is presented as a newly verified construction milestone.
