What the public source says
Glenpool's July 16 service notice says its automated utility-payment phone system is available around the clock. The City says customers can make card payments and hear account balances, payment amounts and due dates.
The notice asks callers to have their water-billing account number, service-address house number and card billing ZIP code ready. Use the phone number on the linked City page or your official utility bill.
Why it matters
TREW analysis: For residents whose work hours overlap City Hall hours, an existing remote-payment option can be practical. Keeping the link on a public resource page also gives newcomers a route to the administering office.
Status and limits
This is a guide to an existing service, not a newly launched October program. TREW has not tested a payment or confirmed fees. Do not submit account or payment details to TREW.
