What the public source says
Midwest City's Citizens Advisory Committee on Housing and Community Development has scheduled its annual community-needs meeting for November 9 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 100 N. Midwest Boulevard.
The October 12 notice invites comments on the needs of low-income individuals and households. The City says input will be incorporated into development of its FY27 CDBG Action Plan. The notice includes a Grants Management contact for accessibility accommodations.
Why it matters
TREW analysis: The planning stage gives residents a chance to identify needs before funding choices are finalized. It is useful to distinguish this opportunity to comment from an application for individual housing assistance.
Status and limits
The meeting notice does not announce an individual benefit, award funding or establish that a proposed activity will be selected. Recheck the City calendar before attending.
