What the public source says
Owasso's official utility-rate page identifies October 1, 2026, as the effective date of its current rates. The schedule separates water, sewer, stormwater, refuse and other listed services.
For a three-quarter-inch meter, the page lists a minimum water charge for the first 1,000 gallons of $14 inside city limits and $16.80 outside. Additional usage and other services are separate, so this is not a total monthly bill.
Why it matters
TREW analysis: A prior occupant's bill may not match a new household's usage or services. Buyers and renters can use the official schedule as a starting point, then confirm the actual service address and account details with utility billing.
Status and limits
The page contains differing sewer-rate figures in its table and calculation example. TREW has not resolved that discrepancy and does not provide a sewer-bill calculation. Confirm charges with the City.
