Tulsa selected Dawson Neighborhood Association, South Haven Community Action Group and Regency Park Homeowners Association for its 2027 NCI Collaborative cohort, according to the City's October 21 announcement.
The City describes onboarding this year followed by monthly meetings from January through November 2027. Residents will choose three focus areas and develop action plans with City departments. Possible subjects include property upkeep, traffic speeds and walkability.
